TRACKING INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE WITH SENSORS STUDY

Tracking IndividuaL pErformance with Sensors (TILES) Study is a nationally funded project focused on how well-being and stress impact people's job performance. TILES specifically focuses on nurses and other healthcare professionals as the burn-out rates are high and may reveal unique insights into how different individuals cope with daily stress and continue to thrive in the workplace in spite of high physical and emotional demands.

We are actively collecting various physiologic and self-reported data from a cohort of up to 250 nurses and healthcare professionals over the course of 10 weeks (day and night!). We plan to make the data publicly available by the end of the year. You can learn more about the study here.
