Why is this study being done?
Researchers at the University of Southern California (USC), University of Washington, INRS-EMT/University of Quebec, and Evidation Health have partnered with The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) to conduct a research study.
The purpose of this study is to understand how individual differences, mental states, and well-being affect job performance. By collecting physical information through the use of wearable sensors, environmental information through the use of environmental sensors, and behavioral information through the use of surveys, we expect to better understand job performance and create ways to improve job performance.
